We are excited to welcome Kristi Weigel, Senior Project Manager, to the Mindsailing team. With a background in project management, navigating the dynamics of both agency and corporate environments, Kristi brings a spectrum of high-level skills to the team. This includes strong and efficient communication, expert time management and proficiency in problem solving.
"I love that we are a woman-owned company,” says Kristi of the pandemic’s effect on women in the workforce and working parents. “The company mission absolutely resonated with me and our CEO Julie Mackenzie’s passion is contagious. I am also inspired by the idea of being in the business of good. I had been looking for a way to do the work that I enjoy for the benefit of something more than a company’s bottom line. Finding this company that allows me to do that feels like kismet.”

After crossing borders from Wisconsin to Minnesota, she graduated from the University of Minnesota and has most recently held multiple management positions in the corporate environment. Ultimately, though, Kristi could not stay away from agency life.
In her free time, she stays busy chasing her two little girls around, baking macaroons and cheering on the packers as a Wisconsin native.
