After a successful year of growth that included the addition of new clients and a new office space, innovation and marketing agency Mindsailing ramped up for 2017 by making new hires in project management, production and content strategy.

The employees joined as the company moved into a new 19th floor office space that overlooks the General Mills campus and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Minneapolis.

  • Susan Richardson joins the agency as senior content strategist and will focus on research, content strategy and writing for Mindsailing’s health care and technology clients. Most recently, Susan led B2B content strategy at Code42, a global enterprise SaaS provider.
  • Whitney Bauer joins the agency as project manager, where she will oversee client projects from concept through delivery. Previously, Whitney worked as a project manager at Wunderman, where she managed weekly ad plans across several divisions for Best Buy.
  • Lexi Rose also joins the agency as project manager. She brings account, program and product management experience from Jessen Media and Oldcastle.
  • Samantha Callahan has been hired as a production artist to support and create graphic design for clients. Before joining Mindsailing, Sam worked as a designer for the Rasimpasa Collective, an art space that promoted the work of refugees in Istanbul, Turkey.

Further developing bench strength in strategy and delivery is core to Mindsailing’s efforts to support transformative change.
