We are thrilled to welcome Kristin Edwards, Account Supervisor, to our team. In her new role, Kristin will maintain client relationships and oversee accounts within our health practice.
“Kristin brings a great blend of insight, strategic thinking and relationship building,” says Heather Saucier, Chief Innovation Officer at Mindsailing. “She will bring both an attention to detail and a sense of purpose to every project. We’re so excited to have her join the team.”
Prior to joining the team, Kristin monitored client needs, oversaw paid search campaigns across multiple channels and established new campaigns for dealerships. Her experience auditing websites, brainstorming new concepts and navigating changes to company strategies will bring focused value to her role.
“It’s always easier to anticipate and meet someone’s needs when you have built a good foundation with them,” said Kristin. “I’ve made it my goal to prioritize check-ins to continually build those types of relationships.”
When taking the next step in her career, Kristin sought out opportunities that would connect her work with her interest in the health sector.
“At one point in my life I thought I might pursue medical school,” said Kristin. “While my career took a different turn, my heart for improving access to care in underserved communities is still really important to me. Mindsailing is the perfect place to continue exploring that passion.”
As she settles into her new role, Kristin looks forward to working with a team that works closely together to bring good into the world.
“I was intentionally looking for a company that shares my values,” said Kristin. “Not only is Mindsailing thoughtful in their approach to current events, but they have a small team that thrives off each person’s different perspectives and skillsets.”
Following nearly 20 years as a competitive gymnast, Kristin spends most of her free time coaching private club gymnastics. In her rare quiet moments, she spends time spoiling her three dogs (Boomer, Marlowe and Etta) and her cat (Smitten).
