Mindsailing, a transformation and change innovation agency, has won a gold Healthcare Advertising Award for creating a Chronic Care Consumer Insights guidebook for Teladoc.

 

Teladoc is a global healthcare company dedicated to expanding equitable access to care for everyone, anywhere in the world, on their own terms. The organization provides whole-person, virtual primary and mental health care, chronic conditions management and more.

 

The eBook provides a deeper understanding of living with chronic conditions directly from those affected. It also offers innovative guidance regarding how to support them with the unique challenges the conditions pose. Chronic conditions are diseases that last more than 1 year and require continuous medical attention like diabetes, hypertension, stroke and heart disease.

 

Specifically, the book covers topics such as:

 

·       Healthcare challenges

·       Virtual care

·       Mental health

·       Social determinants of health

·       Primary care physician relationships

 

Other insights the book discusses include ideas surrounding reducing social determinants of health, developing virtual care sustainability and complete virtual care integration for treating chronic conditions.

 

More than 4,300 entries were received this year, making the awards the largest and the most well recognized healthcare advertising awards competition. A national panel of judges reviewed the entries based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.

 

530 entries earned gold awards, 352 were given silver awards and 238 garnered bronze awards.
